950 Watt Mild Steel PLC Control Panel

Our Mild Steel PLC Control Panel provides 950 Watts of industrial control in a stable environment where there is an ongoing need for stable power supply and adequate wiring structure. This control panel is manufactured from our facility located in Ahmedabad and will be used on projects supplied throughout the United States, where reliability and ease of access for service cannot be jeopardized.

The configuration of the 950 Watt Mild Steel Control Panel can be used with a variety of PLC process controllers and their associated peripheral devices (e.g., I/O module, SMPS, relays, communications) without causing thermal stress to the components inside. The enclosure is made of mild steel, providing a supportive mechanical layer of protection, designed with a powder-coated finish to prevent corrosion while operating inside the factory.

The internal layout of the 950 Watt Mild Steel PLC Control Panel is designed to segregate the power feeds associated with control from the power feeds associated with the I/O connections. Terminal blocks for each of the PLC modules are identified by labels. The routing of cables will also remain uncluttered to help with ease of maintenance.

This Mild Steel PLC Control Panel can be utilized in many industries, including water treatment, HVAC, process manufacturing, cold storage and automated assembly operations. The shop where the PLC Control Panels are manufactured will use calculated ventilation slots and fan locations based on actual load calculations for that control panel, not by a guess.

Before shipping, all I/O ports will be tested with simulation and each communication port will be verified for connection continuity as well as the test of each protective device used with that control panel.
