The only time an electric control panel comes into play is when several machines are using power at the same time. We produce electric control panels in Ahmedabad based on how the load will react during normal operation, and not just at maximum rated capacity. Incoming protective devices, busbar support and outgoing feeder systems will all be determined by an evaluation of fault level, cable length and type of equipment connected. Some projects require compact industrial power control center panels to serve a commercial block, while others have to have motor control center panels with several starters, interlocks and metering devices. In automation-based plants, it is also common practice to put PLC control section panels, VFD feeders and power distribution into one enclosure and to separate them properly.
Service Logic has driven the design of our internal layout. A single operator can isolate a feeder without disturbing the entire board. Maintenance technicians can trace a wire without removing half the duct. The enclosure size and ventilation method must consider the rise in heat throughout the panel. Spare area is left for future feeders due to the fact that expansion typically does not happen as drawn initially. All Control Panels are subject to point-to-point checks, relay tests, and live electrical simulations prior to shipping. When the Control Panels are installed at USA locations there is guaranteed continuous operation, stable voltage distribution and predictability for controlling daily use of the product(s).
