Three Phase HT Panels

Designing for a high-voltage incoming supply requires rigorous discipline rather than decorative engineering approaches. This is what we created with Three Phase HT panels that are utilized in networks where load stability, accurate switching and cross-protection of faulted circuits influence the availability of service.

At Perfect Automation & Innovation, we will design your panels based upon the actual site conditions of the utility interface, transformer protection, feeder segregation and future expansion; once energized, it becomes difficult to make any changes to your panels.

All three phases have been constructed with balanced busbar geometry, ensuring that each phase has a uniform distribution of current and a controlled temperature rise during normal operation. Vacuum circuit breakers and numerical protection relays are installed in a co-ordinated manner to provide selective tripping so that a disturbance occurs downstream, which will not cause the entire system to collapse. Finally, isolation logic is interlocked to prevent accidental manual intervention while the panels are "live".

Cable termination compartments are designed to accommodate large cross-section High Voltage (HT) cables; proper clearances will be specified for each conductor, as well as the positioning of the stress cones.

For convenience during normal inspection rounds, all metering and indication devices will be mounted to facilitate easy reading.

To ensure that signals are transmitted with full integrity, all internal control wiring will be separated from the power sections.

These panels will also support integration to SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) as well as remote monitoring systems for real time status and event logging of feeders.
