High precision motion control systems may not work if your drive does not have enough capacity to handle true industrial application loads. Therefore, we design and manufacture Schneider Lexium 32 AC Servo Drives (200 - 400 V) in 4 frame sizes; LXM32A, LXM32M, LXM32C and LXM32S to ensure that all applications can achieve precise torque, speed and position control while remaining stable at any load.
The drives are selected based on the specific motor specifications and the application includes load inertia and the duty cycle for which the drive will operate. We have also taken thermal limits and current peak values into consideration so there are no trips due to overheating. We have organized the wiring to allow for easy installation and servicing. The tuning of the parameters of the drive provides smooth acceleration and deceleration as well as a precise positioning without vibration or overshoot.
Typically, this type drive can be found in CNC machines, robotics, automated assembly lines, conveyor systems and packaging machinery. By providing feedback from the encoder, it is possible to synchronize the operation of the drive with other machines and interface with PLC’s and HMI’s or motion controllers. Therefore, operators can view their real time performance and adjust the drive based on their production needs.
During start-up, we support our customers with connection verification, tuning and testing based on actual load conditions. Because the Schneider Lexium 32 servo drives are designed for the harsh conditions commonly found in the industrial environment, they improve operational accuracy, reduce mechanical wear, and allow continuous operation. All servo drives are fully tested, calibrated and ready to provide reliable service throughout the continental United States.
