Real world conditions often cause power distribution systems to fail because of how they were constructed. Therefore, we create Electrical Panels that ensure circuits are distributed safely, consistently, and reliably given the actual operating conditions. Our designs are based on what's necessary for practical use and ease of maintenance, rather than meeting only theoretical requirements.
To achieve this, we engineer each electrical panel based on actual loads, potential fault levels, and how much room there is for future expansion. The busbar is sized to carry full continuous current while the protective devices (e.g., breakers, MCCB's) are chosen using the actual starting currents of the motors connected to the panel. All wiring is terminated in a neat fashion with proper separation between power and control conductors, to assist with installations, troubleshooting, and future maintenance. The proper separation between power and control conductors also minimizes the possibility of overheating and protects operator safety.
Use of these electrical panels is found in many applications; such as industrial plants, commercial buildings, cold storage, water treatment plants, and all industries where a reliable and consistent power supply must be maintained. The use of monitoring devices (e.g., voltmeters, ammeters, indicators) allows operators to monitor equipment performance and quickly isolate faults when they occur. In addition, various auxiliary devices can be added (e.g., APFC's, interlock modules) depending on user requirements.
Installation instructions include instructions for grounding, where to enter the cables, and testing functions, all done under actual operating loads. These electrical panels were designed for practical commercial/industrial applications and will protect equipment, reduce downtime, and provide stable continuous operations. All electrical panels are factory tested and shipped with a guarantee of dependable use anywhere in the United States.
