Power Control Center Panels Details

Power distribution for large buildings can not rely on disorganized switchboards and poorly coordinated guessing. We create Power Control Center Panels to form the orderly backbone of the electrical system where incoming service, feeder circuit, and protective device logic all reside together in a coordinated environment. Each PCC manufactured by Perfect Automation & Innovation is comprehensive and sophisticated; based on an analysis of the fault current levels, load patterns and future expansion plans; due to the fact that most manufacturing companies do not exist in a static condition.

The busbar design provides thermal stability under maximum demand and short circuit conditions. Incoming Service Transforms/Bus Connectors/Outgoing Feeder Breakers are configured for ease of understanding the order of operation, making planning for complete power off much easier and less risky. Fixed and withdrawable assemblies using either ACB or MCCB based feeders, ASFC Interconnectivity, or Smart Meters for tracking energy will be manufactured by us.

The installation of internal separation for live maintenance or partial outages improves the safety of your work environment while maintaining the necessary space and configuration for your power cable routing (e.g., required clearances, sufficient size, etc.).

The location of your cabling and associated electrical components (i.e., indication, mimic layout, interlocks) will assure a speedy reaction from the operator in the event of an electrical failure. If required by the project scope, the features of cable alley installations can include the ability to synchronize generation sources, as well as an interface to the electric utility (DG interface) and load shedding logic.

Routine testing, busbar insulation testing, and functional verification will be performed prior to shipment. The final product of PCC will provide stable power distribution, reduce fault impact, and manage the loads of large electric systems in multi-processed industries, infrastructure projects, and commercial buildings.
