Controllers are needed to operate continuously that are stable under long operating hours and flexible in expanding as systems grow for HVAC, pumping, and refrigeration lines. We have Schneider Modicon M171 / M172 logic controllers available for such applications where control is continuously changing due to field conditions. The M171 and M172 can be used as standalone or as part of network automation dependent upon communication requirements. The M171 controls independent pieces of equipment, while the M172 can interface with the building management system via standard communication protocols and a shared data architecture. There is also a lot of programming flexibility when it comes to programming the unit during the initial commissioning or for future modifications. Both the M171 and M172 have support for ladder logic, function block, structured text and sequential control so that the logic can match the process and not force a fixed method of doing the job. In addition, the M171 and M172 have expansion modules that allow for additional I/O, which helps when utility companies add additional loads or monitoring points without having to replace the base controller.
Web-based user interface provides remote access and can be accessed from standard web browsers
no need for maintenance personnel to open panels to monitor values and make adjustments or check alarms every time.
Eliminating the time spent opening the panels cuts down on potential lost production during seasonal load variations (HVAC or cold storage systems).
We provide selection services, supply of equipment & integration support so that controllers will work properly in these applications as specified in their CAD drawings.
The emphasis is on ensuring proper communication reliability, long service life and clarity of control responses when the controller is used under actual plant conditions.
