The timing of power source transfers is the key to reliability. Moving power to another source in just a few seconds can provide protection for your equipment, while making an error when transferring power could cause damage to it. To prevent potential damage, we manufacture ATS Control Panels using reliable switching and logic systems.
Every ATS Control Panel is engineered based on the actual parameters (ie: connected load, generator capacity, fault level, etc.) for your facility; there is no "standard" design. Source monitor relays are configured to detect low voltage, high voltage, and phase failure conditions. Transfer and retransfer delays are programmed according to the actual conditions of the facility, permitting minimum switching during periods of utility instability.
All changeover mechanisms in our ATS Control Panels are properly rated for the current. Mechanical and electrical interlocks are checked to ensure there will be no inadvertent parallel supply conditions. Control wiring allows for organized and easily identifiable wiring for troubleshooting purposes.
Testing of ATS Control Panels is completed by simulating supply failure and restoration conditions to ensure proper operation of the control panel (including, but not limited to, verifying signal response, breaker operation and indication system).
Our ATS Control Panel assemblies are supplied to facilities throughout the USA where a reliable means of automatic source transfer is required (commercial, industrial or critical infrastructure). If you provide your facility with power information, we can evaluate and recommend a workable ATS Control Panel configuration.
Power outages can occur unexpectedly and a short power outage in a commercial or industrial building can halt operations... Continue
