Electric LT Panel Details

Dependable low voltage distribution is vital for all kinds of industrial and commercial applications. Electric Low Voltage Panels offer a means of delivering power safely, effectively and constantly by being manufactured to withstand operating conditions in addition to theoretical ratings.

Individual panels are designed based on real loading, fault level and future expansion. All busbars are sized to handle full load without risk of overheating. The circuit breakers, MCBs and/or MCCBs used in the panel are selected based on actual motor startup current (as well as the equipment connected to that motor). Structure of wiring in each panel provides a high degree of organisation, with terminals clearly labelled for fast, safe installation and maintenance in the event of failure. Adequate separation of the control and power circuits with adequate ventilation, will ensure safety and thermal stability.

These LT panels have application in factory environments, processing plants, commercial buildings, cold storage warehouses and at water treatment plants where a reliable low voltage supply is crucial. In addition to this, each electric LT panel includes a number of monitoring devices including voltmeter, ammeter, indicator, etc., which enable the operator to view real-time performance data.

On-site installation support includes cable entry, grounding and functional testing under normal load conditions. Electric LT panels are designed to meet real world usage criteria in industrial applications, protecting other equipment connected to the panel, reducing downtime, and supporting consistent operation.
