LT Distribution Panels

Power distribution systems at all industrial sites require a reliable and stable source of low voltage electricity. An unstable base panel will result in an unpredictable entire electrical system. LT Distribution Panels comprise many types of low voltage distribution panels, such as Main LT Panels (Mains), Sub-LT Distribution Panels, Multi Circuit Breaker (MCCB) Distribution Panels, ACB Distribution Panels, Upgradeable Feeder Pillar Panels; and Custom Built Low Voltage Switching Devices. In addition, depending upon the requirements of an installation, either a simple feeder division is required or additional metering/protection relays for load monitoring and bus coupling may be required. Therefore, we build based on a Project's requirements and not based on fixed templates.

Busbars (metal bars used to interconnect circuits and serve as pathways for the current being distributed) are sized based on calculated loads and fault levels; incoming and outgoing circuits are isolated from each other; and cable alleys used for termination and visual access have been provided. Circuit breakers and meters will have been selected based on their respective ampacity ratings (size). Electrical safety is ensured through the use of appropriately sized circuit breakers and adequate wiring identification, labelling and segregation.

All panels are tested for insulation, mechanical integrity, operation of devices and functionality prior to shipment.
