It is important to ensure power distribution safety, as panel design may not accommodate actual load requirements. For this reason, we provide reliable, safe Low Voltage Panels (LVP) for managing circuits used continuously in an industrial environment. The design of each LVP is based on how much current the circuit will draw at peak load, fault levels at the panel, and the possibility of additional load added to that circuit. The selection of busbars is solely for continuous use; Breakers or Motor Circuit Breakers (MCB) are chosen based on starting loads and existing variable loads. Wiring is properly labeled for quick tracing of circuits by maintenance personnel. The control section of the panel is separated from the power section to eliminate the possibility of overheating and to simplify future maintenance. Proper ventilation will be used to ensure the operating temperature is within safe limits.

Typical locations for these types of panels include factories, commercial buildings, cold storage facilities, water treatment plants, and process industries where low voltage power reliability is essential. Integrating meters, indicators, and protection devices allows operators to monitor loads, identify faults, and maintain continuous operation. Other module options are available depending on project requirements, such as APFC units or interlocks.

Installation recommendations will include grounding, cable entry points, and load testing.
