Since pumping systems rarely operate in fixed conditions, we have developed our water pump control panels to meet the variable field conditions that you will encounter. These tank levels change; there will be unpredictability in the suction pressure; and there is a likelihood of the pump running dry and damaging the unit.
Our control panels will start the pump when it is required and stop the pump before damage occurs. As we develop the control logic that we will employ in your application, we review the number of pumps to be used in a particular application; whether or not it will be a duty-standby sequence; and what type of level or pressure feedback will be available at the job site.
We configure these control panels to handle borewell pumps, booster systems, sump transfer applications, cooling water circulation applications and process water networks where the need for manual operation is reduced through automatic operation configuration. We select starters according to motor rating and the frequency of starting. The control panels, as designed, will also provide protection against overload condition, single phasing condition, low water level condition, and reverse rotation (when required by the application).
Separate modes of operation, including Auto & Manual; so all Available Maint. Is performed on this Control Circuit without interrupting or disturbing the control circuit(s) while performing maintenance repairs to this control circuit(s).
Pump Operation Indicator Light, Pump 'Trip' Indicator Light, 'Water Level Indicator Light' are all placed for quick operator review.
Floating Switches, Pressure Switches, or 'Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)' can be provided based on complexity.
The design of the internal wiring allows for easy tightening of wires in humid pump rooms and for adequate air circulation around motors when operating continuously. Functional Tests include confirming that the sequence of operation is achieved, verifying interlocks for multiple pumps, and simulating faults.
