DC Drive Panel Details

Precise control of the motor speed is essential to ensure production processes are performed accurately and consistently. There are many factors that influence the accurate operation of the industrial systems; however, the DC Drive Panel will determine the smoothness of the industrial processes and the level of consistency that can be attained.

We manufacture DC Drive Panels used in the USA that control DC motors used in rolling mills, printing machines, conveyor systems, wire drawing units, and specialized machinery. Each Panel is designed to provide precise control of the Armature Voltage, Field Control, and Braking functions of the DC Motors to ensure an efficient process.

We provide our customers with the latest DC drives, breakers, cooling systems, and monitoring devices to ensure the DC Drive Panel maintains a consistent output through all loading conditions.

The enclosure of the DC drive panel is constructed to withstand the rigors of continuous operation and to provide adequate ventilation to facilitate heat dissipation. The internal wiring is organized and clearly marked; therefore, the Panel can be easily maintained.

We incorporate safety features into the DC Drive Panel, such as overload and short-circuit protection devices and fault indicators, to protect the equipment from damage and to protect the operator.
